To obtain quotes from qualified Bidders for the supply and delivery of the specified or approved equivalent, SolarWinds products support and subscription, as further detailed herein. The issue of these documents does not confer any licence or grant for any other purpose. The City intends to award a Contract for a one (1) year term with four (4), one (1) year optional renewals for a total possible term of five (5) years, in accordance with the attached terms, conditions and requirements.
