The City of Burnaby (“City”) wishes to engage a qualified consulting team (the “Consultant”) with the appropriate experience, expertise, qualified personnel to provide design and consulting services (the ‘Services’) to review building requirements, develop scope of work and provide specifications for the building envelope and roofing replacement, and Dehumidifier #1 & #2 replacement at the Kensington Arena. The issue of these documents does not confer any license or grant for any other purpose.
