The City of Burnaby’s (“City”) invites submissions for the re-opening of pre-qualification of general contractors and construction managers interested in submitting for the proposed Sports Boxes projects, as further detailed herein. 

ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS ONLY, shall be received by the on-line bidding system.  Hardcopy submissions not permitted.

Respondents are cautioned that the timing of their Submission is based on when the Submission is RECEIVED by the on-line bidding system, not when a Submission is submitted, as transmission can be delayed due to file transfer size, transmission speed, etc. 

For the above reasons, it is recommended that sufficient time is given to complete your submission and to resolve any issues that may arise. The closing time and date shall be determined by the on-line bidding system’s web clock.

Respondents should contact bids&tenders support listed below, at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the closing time and date, if they encounter any problems. The on-line bidding system will send a confirmation email to the Respondent advising that their Submission was submitted successfully. If you do not receive a confirmation email, contact bids&tenders support at support@bidsandtenders.ca.

Late submissions are not permitted by the on-line bidding system.
