The Owner invites tenders for: Structural rehabilitation of the existing bridge, including: slab jacking of 4 metre long northeast approach slab, re-paving 50 metre of northeast approach road, and replacement of curbs, gutter, and concrete driveways to match new approach profile. This tender is being issued electronically through the on-line bidding system at https://burnaby.bidsandtenders.ca where the Pre-Qualified contractors may download the tender documents directly from the aforementioned website. No registration tracking or other recording of tender document holder will be performed by the Owner. All addenda, amendments or further information will be published through https://burnaby.bidsandtenders.ca. It is the sole responsibility of the Tenderer to monitor the website regularly to check for updates. The tenderer is advised that the Owner or Contract Administrator reserves the right to not respond to enquiries received within four (4) Days of the Tender Closing Date. Only the following Pre-Qualified General Contractors will be invited to tender this project:
The Contract is based on the MMCD Platinum Edition for the Instructions to Tenderers - Part II and General Conditions. The MMCD 2019 Edition is applicable to this Contract for the Specifications and Standard Detail Drawings. |
