The City of Burnaby (“City”) is seeking Proposals from qualified and experienced consultants to develop a comprehensive five-year Geospatial Strategy and Roadmap. This strategy will guide the City’s use, governance, and investment in Geographic Information Systems (“GIS”), enabling data-driven decision-making and supporting enterprise-wide initiatives, including Smart City programs, digital transformation, and infrastructure modernization. The roadmap will outline prioritized short, medium, and long-term actions to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of the strategy across the organization.

The intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to obtain Proposals from Proponents that demonstrate the Proponents’ experience and expertise in the key items listed.
