The Owner invites tenders for:
Two (2) culvert replacements along Penzance Drive consisting of the removal of existing one (1) 400mm diameter & one (1) 450mm diameter concrete culverts, the installation of one (1) twin 750mm diameter concrete culvert & one (1) twin 700mm diameter CSP culvert, trench restoration, regrading existing creeks with class 25kg riprap, precast lock block wall construction, storm works & box manhole construction, and other miscellaneous utility works.

This tender is being issued electronically through the on-line bidding system at https://burnaby.bidsandtenders.ca where Pre-Qualified contractors for the area of specialization of 4.0 – In-Stream works may download the tender documents directly from the aforementioned website, as per Request for Pre-Qualification (RFQ) #31-02-22 Pre-Qualification for Construction Services (Engineering Capital Works).

No registration tracking or other recording of tender document holder will be performed by the Owner.  All addenda, amendments or further information will be published through https://burnaby.bidsandtenders.ca.  It is the sole responsibility of the tenderer to monitor the website regularly to check for updates. The
tenderer is advised that the Owner or Contract Administrator reserves the right to not respond to enquiries received within four (4) Days of the Tender Closing Date.
