The Owner invites tenders for:

Sidewalk installation on seven (7) different streets consisting of 4,400 square metres of concrete sidewalk, 530 metres of concrete curb, 300 square metres of segmental retaining walls, removal of 47 trees, planting of 250 trees, 900 metres of perforated drain tile, and 5,000 square  meters of sod installation.

This tender is being issued electronically through the on-line bidding system at https://burnaby.bidsandtenders.ca where Pre-Qualified contractors for the Area of Specialization of Roads may download the tender documents directly from the aforementioned website, as pre Request for Pre-Qualification (RFQ) #31-02-22 Pre-Qualification for Construction Services (Engineering Capital Works).

No registration tracking or other recording of tender document holder will be performed by the Owner.  All addenda, amendments or further information will be published through https://burnaby.bidsandtenders.ca. It is the sole responsibility of the tenderer to monitor the website
regularly to check for updates. The tenderer is advised that the Owner or Contract Administrator reserves the right to not respond to enquiries received within four (4) Days of the Tender Closing Date.
