The Owner invites tenders for the construction of:

• 290m of 406mm HDPE DR17 Sanitary Sewer;
• 3 sanitary services c/w inspection chambers;
• 8 manholes;
• 70m of concrete barrier curb and gutter;
• 100m² of concrete sidewalk;
• 11 tree removals;
• 8 tree plantings;
• 450m² of permanent asphalt trench restoration;
• 450m² of sodding; and
• All associated surface and landscape restoration.

This tender is being issued electronically through the on-line bidding system at https://burnaby.bidsandtenders.ca where Pre-Qualified contractors for the Area of Specialization for 1.0 – Utilities may download the tender documents directly from the aforementioned website, as per Request for Pre-Qualification (RFQ) #31-02-22 Pre-Qualification for Construction Services (Engineering Capital Works).  No registration tracking or other recording of tender document holder will be performed by the Owner.
