The intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to obtain Proposals for the supply, delivery, installation, and maintenance of bicycle racks as further detailed herein. This RFP is issued solely for the purposes of obtaining proposals and does not confer any licence or grant for any other purposes.

The City of Burnaby (the “City”) wishes to maintain and possibly increase the availability of bicycle parking throughout the City. The City is requesting Proposals from interested parties to provide bike racks at no cost to the City. The City will permit the successful Proponent (hereinafter called the “Contractor”) to install bike racks at approved locations along public streets and on City property, and will allow advertising to be displayed on the bike racks. The Contractor must supply, install and maintain all bicycle racks in accordance with the program outline.
