The Project comprises of the replacement of Roof A, and the infill of the skylights at Roof C (separate price) at the Kensington Complex  located at 6159 Curtis Street in the City of Burnaby, B.C., as further detailed herin.

Only the following Pre-qualified Roofing Contractors – RFQ #288-11-23 will be invited to tender this Project:

9. Thorpe Industries (BC) Ltd.
