The Owner invites tenders for:
Road rehabilitation, constructing Allan Block walls, concrete curbs and sidewalks, and installing new sanitary main. Construction includes:
• 2,455m of concrete curb and gutter;
• 3,720m2 of concrete sidewalks;
• 340 m of Allan Block walls;
• 5,400m3 of common excavation;
• 8,665 m2 of asphalt milling;
• 10,000T of granular material;
• 3,800T of hot mix asphalt paving;
• 665m3 of imported topsoil;
• 2,515m2 of grass sod;
• 73 catch basins, and 550m of PVC leads;
• 33 sanitary sewer manholes, and 1,280m of PVC pipes.

This tender is being issued electronically through the on-line bidding system at https://burnaby.bidsandtenders.ca where Pre-Qualified contractors for the Area of Specialization 2.0 - Roads may download the tender documents directly from the aforementioned website, as per Request for Pre-Qualification (RFQ) #70-05-25 Pre-Qualification for Construction Services (Engineering Capital Works). No registration tracking or other recording of tender document holder will be performed by the Owner. All addenda, amendments or further information will be published through https://burnaby.bidsandtenders.ca. It is the sole responsibility of the tenderer to monitor the website regularly to check for updates.
