The City of Burnaby’s (“City”) intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to obtain Proposals from qualified and experienced Contractors to provide all necessary materials, supervision, labour, equipment, tools, permits, and transportation to perform various construction, restoration, and maintenance works on an “as and when requested” basis for the City’s Parks, Recreation, and Culture Department, as further detailed within.
