The City of Burnaby (“City”) seeks an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software system for a five (5) year term with options to extend up to five (5) individual one year periods, for a maximum of ten (10) years total, at the sole discretion of the City. The City is interested in an enterprise plan from an Enterprise Resource Planning software provider. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, the purchase, implementation, and support and maintenance of a Solution that supports all requirements and complies with all regulations, policies and guidelines relevant to the City and requires little to no customization to meet its requirements. |
