The City of Burnaby (the “City”) invites submissions for the pre-qualification of Construction Managers interested in submitting a proposal for the project namely Burnaby Park Overpass project (the “Project”) utilizing a CM at risk approach. The current project schedule estimates the Request for Proposal will be issued spring 2023. The construction period is anticipated to be approximately 12 months.

The City intends to pre-qualify Construction Managers for the proposed Project. The City reserves the right, at its sole discretion to adjust the number of pre-qualified construction mangers invited to submit a proposal for the construction of this overpass.
