Description: 

The City of Burnaby (“City”) is requesting Proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents for the design, supply, installation, and configuration of audio-visual equipment, as further outlined in this RFP. The successful Proponent will be required to enter into the City’s Master Agreement (Appendix A) and complete a mutually agreed upon statement of work.
The City intends to award a Contract for a one (1) year term with four (4), one (1) year optional renewals for a total possible term of five (5) years at the City’s sole discretion, in accordance with the attached terms, conditions and requirements of this RFP.
