This Request for Qualification (“RFQ”) invites experienced and qualified consulting firms to be considered for future planning and capital improvement projects. Work may include but not be limited to planning, design, tendering services and construction administration services for a range of project types, from large scale park redevelopments to small scale specialized projects requiring specific technical expertise. In addition to capital development work, the City is seeking qualified consulting firms to undertake future planning studies and strategic planning initiatives that will guide the long-term development of the City’s park system.
