The intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to obtain Proposals from Proponents for the Supply & Install of LED Street Lights - Phase 5 Conversion (the “Project”) for the City of Burnaby (the “City”) as further detailed herein. The City intends to award a Contract for the work set out in this RFP, with options for an additional four (4) each, one (1) year Contract extensions at the City’s sole discretion, in accordance with the attached terms and conditions. |
