The City of Burnaby invites Tenders from pre-qualified roofing contractors to complete the specified work, all as further detailed herein. The issue of these documents does not confer any licence or grant for any other purpose.

Following Request for Qualification #177-08/20, only the following pre-qualified roofing contractors will be invited to tender this project.

  1. Atlas-Apex Roofing (BC) Inc.
  2. Bollman Roofing & Sheet Metal Ltd.
  3. Flynn Canada Ltd.
  4. Harvard Industries Ltd.
  5. Homan Roofing Ltd.
  6. Mack Kirk Roofing & Sheet Metal Ltd.
  7. Marine Roofing (1996) Ltd.
  8. Transwest Roofing Ltd.

An OPTIONAL site visit for this Tender will  be held on May 25, 2022 commencing at 10:00 A.M. Tenderers are requested to meet in front of the Deer Lake Park - SCA Kiln Shed located at 6490 Deer Lake Ave, Burnaby, followed by optional site visits to Site #2 and Site #3. All attendees should wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the duration of the site visit. Further, the City recommends that attendees wear non-medical grade masks for the duration of the site visit. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic situation, the City requires that visitors fill out the Attachment L - COVID-19 Site Visit Questionnaire prior to attending the site visit and email to purchasing@burnaby.ca.
