The City of Burnaby (“City”) wishes to retain the services of a Firm (the “Consultant”) to act as the Owner’s Representative (“OR”) with the necessary expertise, capacity and resources to represent the City on unique and more complex infrastructure projects that may be delivered with alternative methods to MMCD contracts such as design build (DB), integrated project delivery (IPD), lump sum, bridges and or overpasses or construction manager at risk.
