The Project comprises construction of a new washroom building at Squint Lake Park located at 1541Greystone Drive, Burnaby BC including women’s and men’s washrooms, a universal washroom, a concession, a storage, and a mechanical and electrical rooms. Only the following Pre-qualified General Contractors – RFQ#48-02-24 will be invited to tender this Project. An optional site tour has been arranged to begin at 9:30 AM on April 14th, 2026 at the site, 1541 Greystone Drive, Burnaby, BC to visit and examine the works. The Prequalified General Contractors or their agents shall meet at the parking lot of the tennis courts at Squint Lake Park located at 1541 Greystone Drive, Burnaby BC and register their presence with the Consultant at the site tour stating the name of the contractor they represent. |
