The Owner invites tenders for:

The Works shall include but are not limited to 7,760 metric tonnes of roadway asphalt, 23,700 square meters of full depth milling, 410 square meters of reclamation, 6,855 lineal meters of concrete curb and gutter, 6,855 square meters of concrete sidewalk, 210 tonnes of asphalt multi-use pathway, landscaping, restoration, pavement markings, signage, watermains, drainage, storm sewers, and streetlighting. 

The performance of the Works shall be along the following roadways:

1. Alpha Avenue – Parker Street to Hastings Street
2. Beta Avenue – Laneway south of Union Street to Pender Street
3. Gamma Avenue – Parker Street to Georgia Street and Frances Street to Hastings Street
4. Delta Avenue – Union Street to Georgia Street and Frances Street to Hastings Street
5. Venables Street – Willingdon Avenue to Delta Avenue
6. Union Street – Alpha Avenue to Beta Avenue 
7. Frances St – Beta Avenue to Delta Avenue 
8. Pender Street – Gamma Avenue to the cul-de-sac east of Gamma Avenue
9. Royal Oak Avenue – Buxton Street to Grassmere Street and Gilpin Street to Sprott Street
10. Dominion Street – Sumner Avenue to Willingdon Avenue
11. Ivy Avenue – Brechin Street to Marine Way 
12. Pitt Street – Buckingham Place to Canada Way
13. Mandeville Avenue – Ingram Street to Marine Drive 

This tender is being issued electronically through the on-line bidding system at https://burnaby.bidsandtenders.ca where Pre-Qualified contractors for the Area of Specialization of Roads may download the tender documents directly from the aforementioned website, as pre Request for Pre-Qualification (RFQ) #31-02-22 Pre-Qualification for Construction Services (Engineering Capital Works).  No registration tracking or other recording of tender document holder will be performed by the Owner.
