The City of Burnaby’s (“City”) intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to obtain Proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents to provide all necessary expertise, supervision, labour, permits, and transportation to supply and install signage, road pavement markings and to perform related electrical services or portions thereof, on an “as and when required” basis, as further detailed herein.
