The City of Burnaby (“City”) intends to engage a qualified consulting team (the “Consultant”) with the appropriate experience, expertise, qualified personnel to provide Consulting Services (the ‘Services’) representing the Owner for the City’s development of a new aquatic and arena facility in the Burnaby Lake Recreation Complex(BLRC) to replace the former Clifton G. Brown Memorial Pool (“CG Brown Pool”) and Burnaby Lake Ice Rink, as further described herein.
