The intent of this Request For Expression of Interest (“RFEOI”) is to identify interested and qualified vendors who can provide a high-volume recruitment solution. Based on the responses received, the City may proceed with issuing a formal Request for Proposal (“RFP”) at its sole discretion. This RFEOI is for information-gathering purposes only and does not constitute a binding agreement. The City reserves the right to issue an subsequent RFP based on the interest and responses received.
