The City of Burnaby’s (“City”) intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to obtain Proposals from qualified and experienced consultant team (“Consultant”) for preliminary design, detailed design, tendering and construction contract administration services to expand the patio at Mintara Restaurant by replacing the existing wood patio and adjusting the patio facing façade (Part 1), as well as adding an open air gazebo to serve the concession stand (Part 2), as further detailed herein.
