• 1,980m of 53mm RPVC conduit;

• Streetlighting;

• 60 tree removals;

• 7,100m3 of common excavation;

• 1,7800m2 of cold milling;

• 5,057 tonnes of asphaltic paving;

• 130m of French drain, 348m of catch basin lead, and 37m of lawn basin lead;

• 50 catch basins;

• All associated surface and landscape restoration;

• Civil and electrical Works on Sperling Avenue and Canada Way;

• Civil and electrical Works on Thorne Avenue.

This tender is being issued electronically through the on-line bidding system at https://burnaby.bidsandtenders.ca where Pre-Qualified contractors for the areas of specialization of 1.0 – Utilities and 2.0 – Roads may download the tender documents directly from the aforementioned  website, as per Request for Pre-Qualification (RFQ) #31-02-22 Pre-Qualification for Construction Services (Engineering Capital Works) . No registration tracking or other recording of tender document holder will be performed by the Owner.

It is the sole responsibility of the tenderer to monitor the website regularly to check for updates. The tenderer is advised that the Owner or Contract Administrator reserves the right to not respond to enquiries received within four (4) Days of the Tender Closing Date.
