The Owner invites tenders for:
The Works include but are not limited to: installation of approximately 3,380 metric tonnes of roadway asphalt, 8,000 square meters of full depth milling, 130 square meters of profile milling, 1,030 metric tonne of gravel, 1,140 lineal meters of asphalt curb, 290 lineal meters of concrete curb, 160 square meters of concrete sidewalk with ramps, bus stop decommissioning, asphalt tack coat, restoration, excavation, reshaping, utility adjustments, traffic loop installation, environmental protection, clear and grubbing, tree protection, topsoiling with hydraulic seeding, boulevard tree installation, 5 new catchbasins with new leads and cleanouts, 40 lineal meters of perforated drainage, new traffic signal installation, pavement marking removal, thermoplastic pavement markings, traffic signage, concrete stairs, recessed raised pavement markers and traffic control.

This tender is being issued electronically through the on-line bidding system at https://burnaby.bidsandtenders.ca where Pre-Qualified contractors may download the tender documents directly from the aforementioned website, as per Request for Pre-Qualification (RFQ) #70-05-25 Pre-Qualification for Construction Services (Engineering Capital Works).  No registration tracking or other recording of tender document holder will be performed by the Owner.  All addenda, amendments or further information will be published through https://burnaby.bidsandtenders.ca. It is the sole responsibility of the tenderer to monitor the website regularly to check for updates.
