Back in October 2022, the City posted a public opportunity on BC Bid for RFQ #184-07-22 Pre-Qualification of Demolition Contractors. A list of Pre-Qualified Contractors was created from this process. 

This re-opening RFQ#135-08-25 is for new contractors to provide a submission or for existing contractors to update their submission if there have been material changes in organizational structure, staffing resources or capabilities. 

Existing Pre-Qualified Contractors already on file with the City as a result of the originally RFQ #184-07-22 do not need to re-apply to remain on the City’s current Pre-Qualification list.
