The intent of this Request for Quotation (“RFQ”) is to obtain Quotations from qualified Bidders to supply and deliver the Infoblox products support and subscription renewals or approved equivalents, as further detailed herein on an “as and when requested” basis. The issue of these documents does not confer any licence or grant for any other purpose. The City intends to award a Contract for a one (1) year term with four (4), one (1) year optional renewals for a total possible term of five (5) years, at the sole discretion of the City in accordance with the attached terms, conditions and requirements.
The City may consider a two (2) year term, with three (3), one (1) year optional renewals for a total possible term of five (5) years, or three (3) year term, with two (2), one (1) year optional renewals for a total possible term of five (5) years at the sole discretion of the City in accordance with the attached terms, conditions and requirements.
