The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to invite Proposals for the supply and installation of new synthetic turf surfaces at Burnaby Lake Sports Complex (“BLSC”), located in the City of Burnaby (“City”), B.C., Canada, on fields #1 and #2, as well as a shock pad on field #1.  Additional work includes the installation of soccer net tie downs.  Further information detailed herein.
