The intent of this Request for Quotation (“RFQ”) is to obtain quotations from qualified Bidders to supply and deliver to the City the specified or approved equivalent, Bluebeam Revu Complete annual subscription licence renewal & new subscription licences, and Bluebeam Studio Prime subscription licence renewal, as further detailed herein on an “as and when required” basis. The issue of these documents does not confer any licence or grant for any other purpose.

 The City intends to award a Contract for a one (1) year term with four (4), one (1) year optional renewals for a total possible term of five (5) years, at the sole discretion of the City in accordance with the attached terms, conditions and requirements. Alternatively, the City may consider two other options for the contract term at its sole discretion:
a) Option 1: A two (2) year term, with three (3), one (1) year optional renewals for a total possible term of five (5) years at the sole discretion of the City in accordance with the attached terms, conditions and requirements; or
b) Option 2: A three (3) year term, with two (2), one (1) year optional renewals for a total possible term of five (5) years at the sole discretion of the City in accordance with the attached terms, conditions and requirements.
