The City of Burnaby’s (“City”) intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to obtain Proposals from
qualified and experienced Proponents to provide all necessary materials, supervision, labour,
equipment, tools, permits, and transportation to supply event screen rentals for the City of
Burnaby’s civic Festivals and Special Events, and any other events on an “as and when required”
basis, as further detailed within.
