The intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is for the City of Burnaby (“City”) to obtain Proposals from qualified Proponents for designing, supply and delivery, installing, cleaning, maintaining and advertising of the City’s Bus Shelter Advertising, Maintenance, and Expansion Program, as further outlined in this RFP. The City intends to allow the Contractor to offset cost of design, supply and delivery, installation, and maintenance of Transit Shelters by allowing limited and controlled Digital and Static advertising on specified Transit Shelters. The successful Proponent (the “Contractor”) will be required to enter into a Revenue Agreement with the City. Proponents should provide a draft revenue agreement for the City’s review. The City prefers to award all services to one (1) Contractor. However, the City reserves the right to split the Work and award the services separately to multiple Contractors if deemed in the best interest of the City. |
