The City of Burnaby (“City”) intends to award a contract for a digital community engagement application software for a one (1) year term with options to extend up to four (4) individual one year periods, for a maximum of five (5) years total, at the sole discretion of the City. The City is interested in an enterprise plan from a community engagement software as a service (SaaS) provider. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, the purchase and implementation of a managed Solution that supports all requirements and complies with all regulations, policies and guidelines relevant to the City and requires little to no customization to meet its requirements.
