The City of Burnaby (“City”) is requesting Proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents to provide social media management application software. The City is interested in an enterprise plan from a digital management software as a service (SAAS) provider. The scope includes, but is not limited to, the purchase and implementation of a managed Solution that supports all requirements and complies with all regulations, policies and guidelines relevant to the City and requires little to no customization to meet its requirements. The City may award a Contract for a one (1) year term, with options of four (4) each, one (1) year terms for a total possible term of five (5) years, in accordance with the attached terms, conditions and requirements of this RFP. |
