The Owner invites tenders for: The Work generally consists of, but is not limited to, the demolition of the existing pier, approaches, retaining walls, fencing and walkways, construction of a new pier including piling, concrete abutments, guardrail, ground improvements, concrete deck, railings, civil works including excavation, embankment filling, drainage and asphalt paving, environmental protection and monitoring, shoreline protection, tree removal, landscaping, seeding and planting. |
