The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to invite Proposals from professional, qualified and experienced firms to select a Proponent to provide progressive design build services for the Burnaby Fraser Foreshore Park – Signage Replacement Project. The Design-Builder will bring progressive design build expertise to assist the owner, the City of Burnaby (“City”), through the various phases of the Burnaby Fraser Foreshore Park – Signage Replacement Project (“Project”), as identified in this RFP.
