The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to invite Proposals from professional, qualified, and experienced firms to select a Proponent to provide construction management and construction services (collectively, “Construction Management at Risk”) for the Capitol Hill Community Hall (“CHCH”) Accessibility Upgrades project, as further detailed herein. Only the following Pre-Qualified Construction Managers from RFQ #48-02-24 Pre-Qualification of GC and CM at Risk for Projects up to $5M are invited to submit a Proposal to this project: 1.
