The City of Burnaby’s (“City”) intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to obtain Proposals from a qualified and experienced consultant team (“Consultant”) to design a destination playground for Central Park within the Metrotown Regional Town Centre. The Consultant will undertake a site survey, preliminary concept design, design development to 100% detailed design, specifications and cost estimation as further detailed herein. Tender drawings and services as well as construction contract administration fees are requested as optional items.
