The City of Burnaby’s (“City”) intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to obtain Proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents to provide miscellaneous data cabling installations, upgrades, repair and services on an “as and when requested” basis. The City intends to award a Contract for a two (2) year term with three (3), one (1) year optional renewals for a total possible term of five (5) years, at the sole discretion of the City in accordance with the attached terms, conditions and requirements.
