Utility upgrade Works at three (3) Sites; Royal Oak Avenue, Kingsway, and Bevan Avenue. Work
includes:

• 17m of 200Ø DI watermain, 187m of 250Ø DI watermain, 125m of 300Ø DI watermain, 2 x 200Ø water service connections; 

• 242m of 200Ø PVC sanitary sewers, 40m of 250Ø PVC sanitary sewers, 6 x 150Ø sanitary service connections, 2 x 200Ø sanitary service connections, 1 x 250Ø sanitary service connections;

• 117m of 300Ø PVC storm sewers, 217m of 375Ø PVC storm sewers, 93m of 450Ø PVC storm sewers, 94m of 600Ø PVC storm sewers, 2 x 250Ø storm service connections, 1 x 300Ø storm service connections;

• 13 x 1050Ø Manholes, 2 x 1050Ø Overbuilt Manholes, 1 x 1200Ø Manholes, 1 x 1200Ø Overbuilt Manholes, 2 catch basins, and 17m of 150Ø PVC leads; 

• 12m of 750Ø PVC culvert; Concrete Headwall; Class 10kg Riprap; and

• Temporary Surface Restoration.

This tender is being issued electronically through the on-line bidding system at https://burnaby.bidsandtenders.ca where Pre-Qualified contractors may download the tender documents directly from the aforementioned website. No registration  tracking or other recording of tender document holder will be performed by the Owner. All addenda, amendments or further information will be published through https://burnaby.bidsandtenders.ca. It is the sole responsibility of the tenderer to  monitor the website regularly to check for updates. The tenderer is advised that the Owner or Contract Administrator reserves the right to not respond to enquiries received within four (4) Days of the Tender Closing Date.
