The City of Burnaby (“City”) is replacing the old Cameron Community Centre and Library (CCCL) located at 9523 Cameron Street. The new complex encompasses aquatics, community and recreation facilities, and a branch library. The intent of this RFP is to obtain Proposals from qualified materials testing agencies to conduct independent materials testing and inspection services during construction, as further described herein.
