The City of Burnaby’s (“City”) intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to obtain Proposals from a qualified and experienced environmental consultant team (“Consultant”) for the implementation of environmental offsetting plan at the Burnaby Lake Rowing Pavilion. The plan’s execution is scheduled for completion in Fall of 2024, followed by five years of maintenance.
