The City of Burnaby’s (“City”) intent of this Request for Qualification (“RFQ”) is to seek submissions from qualified and experienced consultants for system implementation partners for the S/4 HANA and SuccessFactors ERP Transformation Project and related work packages, as further detailed herein.
This RFQ is to establish a pre-qualified list of consultants who can support the delivery in part or in whole the City’s ERP Modernization Roadmap.

Through this RFQ process, the City will:

- Assess respondent qualifications, relevant experience, capacity, approach and value-added services;
- Evaluate submissions and select successful consultants to be registered on the Pre-Qualification List for a three-year period between April 2026 to April 2029; and
- From the pre-qualified list of consultants, the City will invite the pre-qualified consultants to participate in project specific competitive process during the term.
