The Owner invites tenders for:

Roadworks and paving on Lougheed Highway between Boundary Road and Gilmore Avenue consisting of approximately 19,400 sq.m of surface milling, and 2,000 sq.m full depth milling, 2,000 sq.m of base patching, 3600 tons of paving, and utility Works including 40 ln.m of 300mm diameter PVC storm pipe. The project also includes paving on Norland Avenue, Arden Avenue, Lozells Avenue, Lawrence Drive and Ridgeview Drive totalling 2,300 sq.m of surface milling, 7,000 sq.m of full depth milling, and 1,900 tons of paving.

This tender is being issued electronically through the on-line bidding system at https://burnaby.bidsandtenders.ca where Pre-Qualified contractors for the Areas of Specialization of 1.0 Utilities and/or 2.0 - Roads may download the tender documents directly from the aforementioned website, as pre Request for Pre-Qualification (RFQ) #70-05-25 Pre-Qualification for Construction Services (Engineering Capital Works).  No registration tracking or other recording of tender document holder will be performed by the Owner. 

All addenda, amendments or further information will be published through https://burnaby.bidsandtenders.ca.  It is the sole responsibility of the tenderer to monitor the website regularly to check for updates. The tenderer is advised that the Owner or Contract Administrator reserves the right to not respond to enquiries received within four (4) Days of the Tender Closing Date.
