The City of Burnaby’s (“City”) intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to obtain Proposals from qualified and experienced engineering or landscape architectural consultant team (“Consultant”) for preliminary design, detailed design, tendering and construction contract administration services to replace the existing synthetic turf sports surface field with shock pad, storm water management infrastructure and civil works, and upgrade the lighting system at the Burnaby North Secondary School Artificial Field #1 (“BNSS” or “Field #1”), as further detailed herein.
