The City of Burnaby’s (“City”) intent of this Request for Qualification (“RFQ”) is to solicit and evaluate the capabilities, experience, track record and resources of consultants to provide real estate appraisals and related property advisory services, as further detailed herein. Existing Pre-Qualified Consultants already on file with the City as a result of the original RFQ #96-05-24 Pre-Qualification Real Estate Appraisal and Property Advisory Services do not need to re-apply to remain on the City’s current Pre-Qualification list. |
