The Owner invites tenders for:
Extension of storm sewers at nine (9) Sites and sanitary sewers at one (1) Site. The Work includes construction of approximately 1,785m of storm sewer, 185m sanitary sewer, 11 storm services, 17 sanitary services, 38 manholes, 7,775m² road rehabilitation and miscellaneous surface restoration.

This tender is being issued electronically through the on-line bidding system at https://burnaby.bidsandtenders.ca where Pre-Qualified contractors for the Area of Specialization of Utilities and Roads may download the tender documents directly from the aforementioned website, as per Request for Pre-Qualification (RFQ) #31-02-22 Pre-Qualification for Construction Services (Engineering Capital Works). No registration tracking or other recording of tender document holder will be performed by the Owner.


All addenda, amendments or further information will be published through https://burnaby.bidsandtenders.ca. It is the sole responsibility of the tenderer to monitor the website regularly to check for updates. The tenderer is advised that the Owner or Contract Administrator reserves
the right to not respond to enquiries received within four (4) Days of the Tender Closing Date.
