Note: Existing Pre-Qualified Consultants already on file with the City as a result of the original RFQ #80-03-26 Pre-Qualification of Pre-Qualification for System Implementation Partners -S/4 HANA ERP Transformation Project do not need to re-apply to remain on the City’s current Pre-Qualification list.

The City of Burnaby’s (“City”) intent of this Request for Qualification (“RFQ”) Re-Opening is to seek additional submissions from qualified and experienced consultants for system implementation partners for the S/4 HANA and SuccessFactors ERP Transformation Project and related work packages, as further detailed herein.

This RFQ is to establish a pre-qualified list of consultants who can support the delivery in part or in whole the City’s ERP Modernization Roadmap.
Through this RFQ process, the City will:

- Assess respondent qualifications, relevant experience, capacity, approach and value-added services;
- Evaluate submissions and select successful consultants to be registered on the Pre-Qualification List for a three-year period between May 2026 to May 2029;
- From the pre-qualified list of consultants, the City will invite the pre-qualified consultants to participate in project specific competitive process during the term.

This RFQ is a pre-qualification process only. Being registered on the final pre-qualified list does not guarantee any future work, minimum volume, or exclusivity.
