Description: 

The City of Burnaby is seeking a project mentorship program to coach participants throughout the lifecycle of their continuous improvement projects. The mentorship structure is targeted and flexible and is designed to ensure that the Lean concepts introduced in training are effectively applied within the pilot projects. The mentorship structure includes ongoing mentorship from a Black Belt Lean practitioner delivered on and off site (i.e., teleconference, telephone, and email), a project tracking system, regular project status updates and a tracking mechanism, as further detailed herein.
